Hey, Catholic Church, Mormon Church, and others whose leaders pound their chests while ignoring actions that are proven to work, and all the others who actively seek to avoid accountability and the reporting requirements while children get abused, go straight to hell and burn there, empty suits, predators, and parasites. Jesus was on to something when he was quoted as saying, if you harm the little ones, it would be better if you weren't born.
I hate this topic. I truly hate it. To revisit the world of parasites, predators, and enablers in a training program makes me sick.
And I know that the training program will save countless innocent children if responsible adults take it seriously.
Organizations that have figured this out and become best practice examples leave clues. They train parents, teachers, administrators, and everyone who works with children to recognize the yellow and red flags, know how to act skillfully, and become protectors. Creating safe organizations won't prevent every abuse, but if it can prevent at least one, let's get to work.
